Life can be complex and uncertain. I can help you with your concerns. You may be feeling unfulfilled or worried about a recent loss or your relationships. I can assist you to walk along side you in your time of sadness, loss, grief, or situations that are holding you back from having a more fulfilling life. Many of my clients say they may have tried other counselling, though it hasn’t worked. I can work with you - no matter where you are at. I help you find hope in your life again.
I can help you with grief, loss, or your relationships. My specialties are; in-depth grief and loss work, past trauma, deeply connecting to your partner, harnessing your inner wisdom and tapping into your divine inner wisdom. I can do this by using many techniques; grief therapy, relationship sessions, mindfulness, meditation, or working on your self-esteem.
It can be difficult to find the right help, or to even know what the right kind of counselling is for you now - as there is so much choice! The way I work is to have empathy for you and your situation - so I’ll work with you to work on your best solution - for you. This could be through using techniques, or the professional work we do together.
