I primarily work with people struggling with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Addiction, Trauma, Relationship issues and Eating Disorders which may be affecting their relationships, work and enjoyment in life.
I love working with people who are seeking change and therapy in a supportive non judgmental space. I am able to support everyday issues and more severe psychological distress by viewing people in their whole being. Goals of treatment not only involve reducing emotional distress, and the absence of illness, but the ability to flourish in life. I am a board approved supervisor and am experienced working discretely with professionals and other clinicians who are experiencing their own mental health challenges.

My ideal client is someone who is reflective and open to exploring the deeper layers of their experience. They may be navigating challenges such as anxiety, neurodivergence, or past trauma, but they are also seeking more than symptom relief—they want to reconnect with meaning, purpose, and joy. They are curious, engaged in their personal growth, and ready to foster a greater sense of fulfillment and authenticity in their lives.

I believe how we do relationship is how we do everything. My work invites people into deeper honesty with themselves, with others, and with life. Together we explore the patterns beneath the surface of your relationships and emotional world, bringing awareness and compassion to the places that feel stuck, disconnected, or caught in the same loop. My work is for those who would rather bend than blend. Who feel things deeply, relate in ways that don't always fit the mould, and are ready to look honestly at what they're carrying and be really curious and honest.

Hi there! I'm a Christian Counsellor. We can be hard to find : ( Within many communities, some people don't have a safe person in their life who they can turn to when life (and faith) become difficult and challenging. As a licenced Counsellor, I hold compassion tightly as people share their battles with me. It’s a very sacred space to be invited to walk through your darkest valleys and to celebrate with you on your green pastures. It can be a struggle to find therapists who cultivates therapeutic frameworks that professionally aligns with the Bible & our Supreme Creator and Redeemer. Australian Counselling Association Member

Hi, I’m Maggie. We all get stuck sometimes. I hope you can find a way to have a happy life. My 15 years teaching meditation and working with groups has given me a lot of experience aiding people as they grow, develop and find more joy. In recent times I has moved into the counselling arena. I believe that given the right circumstance we all have the potential to grow into the best versions of ourselves. No matter what you are going through, there is always a path back to peace and happiness. The first step is to make the choice to do something to help yourself. If you are here, that's a great start.

Hi, I'm Lynda. I help women to heal from self doubt, anxiety and painful relationship patterns, so they can reconnect with their confidence, calm and self-worth. The women I work with have experienced unhealthy or narcissistic relationships that left them emotionally drained, questioning their value and disconnected. My role is to help you gently understand what has been happening, release the emotional patterns keeping you stuck, and support you in rebuilding a stronger, healthier relationship with yourself. Together we work to uncover and shift the limiting beliefs and emotional wounds that kept you in unhealthy relationships.

That’s where trauma-informed therapeutic coaching helps. I work with emotionally curious individuals and couples who seek lasting change, without jargon or overwhelm. Together, we’ll compassionately navigate old patterns, rebuild connection, and chart a path to emotional resilience & relational fulfilment.

Addiction Therapists
What is the best therapy for addiction?
Addiction treatment will be tailored to the individual. People seeking help for addiction—whether with a psychotherapist, in an outpatient clinic, or in a residential program—should expect to engage in multiple types of treatments, sometimes including medication. For anyone recovering from addiction, avoiding situations in which one has typically used a substance is essential, as is the support of close connections. Since substance use disorders tend to co-occur with underlying mental health conditions such as anxiety or depression, those must also be addressed as part of any recovery plan.

How long does therapy for addiction take?
There is no set timeline for recovery from addiction. Patients and their families should expect the work to last several months, if not longer. Residential treatment programs may be based on a stay of 30, 60, or 90 days, with continuing work after release, but only about 1 percent of people are treated in such facilities. Ceasing use is just the first step; therapy to help maintain abstinence and effect behavior change must follow. The process of recovery, neuroscience has shown, involves brain cells recovering the capacity to respond to natural sources of reward and restore control over the impulse to use. Another definition of recovery is restoring voluntary control over one’s substance use and retaking all of one’s previous responsibilities.

How effective is drug addiction treatment?
Substance use disorders are treatable and remission is achievable for many who seek recovery; by some estimates, more than three-quarters of people who become addicted to alcohol or drugs recover. But that success rarely occurs quickly or on a set timeline; relapse is not only common, but many therapists and clinicians view it as a normal part of the process—not always a sign that a person has returned to addiction, but a signal that their treatment should be adjusted to help them regain control. Overall, research suggests, five years after the end of substance use, one’s risk of relapse is no greater than that of others who had not faced addiction. Other experts believe that complete abstinence is not the only measure of recovery, and that, through effective treatment, many people can learn to control their use.

How can you get addiction treatment for someone?
The most important factor in recovery from addiction is widely understood to be an individual’s commitment to change. For that reason,“interventions” in which friends and family gather to urge or force someone to begin immediate treatment often backfire; even when such efforts do lead someone to begin treatment, they may be less likely to stay than those who are self-driven. Still, family members can play an important role in supporting an individual who seeks help and can take part in family therapy as one element of a loved one’s treatment.
