If you are struggling with burnout, depression, anxiety, relationship breakdown and ongoing stress I can help you through a range of treatment strategies.
I don't believe in treating the mind and the body as separate problems. Using a whole-person approach tailored to you, that involves psychology including therapy, nutrition, mindfulness approaches and physical release through somatic nervous system work, I look at how these systems influence each other specific to you.

Sometimes they all mix together into one big negative feeling that threatens to overtake you. You may be functioning on the outside — working, studying, showing up — while internally feeling anxious, disconnected, or emotionally drained. You might find yourself overthinking everything, repeating relationship patterns, or quietly questioning your self-worth. Even when nothing looks “wrong,” something doesn’t feel settled inside.
Many people come to therapy not because they are broken, but because coping alone has become exhausting.

Hi, I'm Stella—a registered counsellor and art therapist.
In our work together:
-Drop the mask. No performance needed. There's no "right" way to feel here.
-Allow vulnerability. Every emotion—tears, anger, confusion, fear—deserves space.
-Reconnect with yourself. We'll gently piece together the parts that feel scattered.

Hi, I’m Julie. Are you feeling stuck, misunderstood, and anxious? Do you find yourself struggling to get to sleep, replaying conversations over and over? Maybe you feel like you can’t truly be yourself, afraid of being rejected or judged. Life might feel like it’s on repeat — doing everything that’s expected, but inside, something feels off. You’re tired of keeping quiet just to fit in, but you’re unsure of what truly makes you happy. Many people feel disconnected from themselves, unsure of what they want or what excites them. You might feel lost, anxious, or flat about your life, even though everything seems "fine" on the surface.

Art Therapy
How does art therapy work?
The process of making art allows people to express themselves. Art-making can take many forms, such as painting, collage, or sculpting. The therapist asks questions that the work elicits, such as how the person felt while creating their piece, or if any memories surfaced that they can discuss. The therapist will then work with the patient to process their experience, understand themselves better, and work toward change.
Does art therapy help with trauma?
Art therapy can be a valuable treatment option for those suffering from trauma. Traumatic experiences such as combat, rape, or childhood abuse can be so painful that articulating them can be too scary or painful; creating art allows people to express themselves without words, and tell their story in a different way. The physical nature of creating art can also help people feel rooted in the body, which may benefit those who feel disconnected from their body in the aftermath of trauma.
How long does art therapy last?
The duration of art therapy varies, but a common length for treatment is 10 to 15 weekly sessions. Some people may see improvement in just a few weeks, while others may choose to remain in therapy longer term. Patients should periodically discuss their goals with their therapist to make sure the two are aligned on process and progress.
What are the limitations of art therapy?
Art therapy is helpful for many people, but a limitation is that it doesn’t have as robust an evidence base as other forms of therapy, such as cognitive behavioural therapy or acceptance and commitment therapy. The evidence on art therapy is mixed; some research demonstrates its benefits, while other research suggests that it has little impact on patients.
