Anxiety Psychologists and Therapists in Northmead, NSW
I work with individuals and families whose lives have been shaped by trauma, early experiences that continue to shape life today, family-of-origin wounds, relational trauma, neurodiversity, or the deep and often complex challenges of being human. Many clients come feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to trust their own experience. My approach is trauma-informed and neuro-affirming, offering a compassionate space to make sense of what has happened, honour the ways you have survived, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward safer, more authentic ways of living and relating.

I support parents, retirees and families navigating the emotional toll of caregiving, parenting, and life transitions. While I specialise in women’s mental health, I also work with fathers, couples, and whole families to strengthen relationships, set boundaries, and build resilience. Using a systemic approach, I help families communicate better, reduce conflict, and function more cooperatively. I also support young people to develop emotional regulation skills for long-term wellbeing and healthy relationships.
