Children present with issues unique to childhood. These can be emotion dysregulation, trouble with sleep, anxious thoughts leading to avoidance or distress, academic difficulties, bullying or peer difficulties at school, and adjustment issues. At times, parents can wonder if their child presents with symptoms indicative of ADHD, ASD or a Specific Learning disorder. In working with parents and children, it is my goal to help lead them to decision making around assessment, treatment and intervention with the view to supporting children to reach their potential.

I offer long term and short term therapy, either face to face or online.
We can all have times in our lives when things can seem unmanageable, whether it is within our family or close relationships, divorce or bereavement, or our health, our work or in coming to terms with difficult events that have happened either recently or in the past , which still don’t feel resolved. You are not alone, as human beings we all have difficult times. It is a brave decision to try to resolve those issues in the best way you can. A counsellor is not there to judge you, or to give you text book solutions. They are there to help and guide you towards the solution that is right for you.

As our world rapidly changes around us more people are reaching a crossroads and are looking for that "something more". This may be within yourself, within your relationships, out in the world and even beyond, to the spiritual. You may be unsure of just what that something is and you need support to uncover, resolve or heal it. Sometimes our life journey leaves us with stress, pain, trauma, struggle with identity and this can lead us to unhealthy coping mechanisms such as anxiety, depression, addiction and disconnection. I am a member of GANZ and PACFA (clinical member)

In person and telehealth available and stress-free parking onsite.
You’ve done the work, reflected deeply, and tried to understand yourself, yet certain patterns still pull you back. Even when you know better, old reactions return and you feel frustrated that insight alone hasn’t been enough. You want to feel grounded, stable and aligned with the person you know you can be. As a trauma‑informed psychologist, I use EMDR and strengths‑based approaches to help reduce triggers, shift unhelpful patterns and support meaningful, lasting change.

I am a Couples Therapist and am passionate about supporting couples to repair bonds and reignite their spark, finding that fulfilling relationship that we all desire and deserve. As human beings, we share an innate need for belonging and connection and I have been fascinated by this dynamic from a very young age. It can be complex how this plays out within our romantic relationships and it is an honour to go on a journey with couples to navigate their relational dance and help to alter entrenched patterns.

I am a PACFA‑registered counsellor who supports adults, adolescents, couples, and families through a compassionate, trauma‑informed, and relational approach. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens in safe, attuned connection — where your story is honoured, your voice is centred, and your nervous system is met with understanding rather than judgment. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, stress, anxiety, trauma, or a longing for deeper self‑understanding, I offer a space where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom.
