It’s often said that the most powerful tool in a person's life comes from within - your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. As a clinical psychotherapist with experience across diverse demography ranging from teenagers to working professionals, I know just how true this is. My journey has taught me one thing – we all have the power to make our lives better if we put in the effort and work towards cultivating our inner resilience. My philosophy is guided by evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or depression, or if you’ve experienced trauma that feels difficult to put into words, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to face it alone.
Art therapy offers an alternative way to explore what you're going through, especially when talking feels too hard or not quite enough. Through the process of making art, we can begin to express and understand emotions that may feel tangled, a gentle way to process emotions, build self-understanding, and reconnect with parts that may have felt lost

Our ideal clients are autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD young people, often described as "hard to engage," "shut down," or "burnt out." Many have tried traditional talk therapy and found it overwhelming, boring, or unsafe. They come to us because parents, support coordinators, or schools recognise that the usual format isn't working. We meet them inside the games they love (Minecraft, Roblox, Fortnite, Discord) using play and shared interest to build genuine trust. From there, we support regulation, identity, RSD, school distress, and burnout recovery in a way that respects how their brain actually works.

We carry old stories, grief, family patterns, cultural expectations, relationship wounds, anxiety and the pressure to keep going, often without realising how deeply these experiences shape the way we think, feel and relate to ourselves and others.
My approach is integrative, insight-oriented and grounded in both psychology and nervous system awareness. I combine evidence-based therapies with emotional insight and practical strategies, helping clients understand not just what they are experiencing, but why. My work draws from ACT, CBT, CFT, EFT, mindfulness and emotional regulation skills.

Take the first step towards healing from Trauma, reducing Anxiety and Depression, and enhancing your quality of life.
People often arrive with a cocktail of symptoms, including Depression, Anxiety, Anger issues, substance abuse, etc. After doing an intake our fist aim is to teach you practical skills to help you stabilize these symptoms as much as you possibly can, after which we start with treatment (not just management) of the root cause of the problem.

When should I seek treatment for anxiety?
Everyone feels anxious at times, but when anxiety causes disruption to your daily life, it may be time to seek help. Such disruption can be mental, physical, or both: having fear dominate your thoughts, avoiding situations or objects that bring on feelings of anxiety, or experiencing shortness of breath, sweating, dizziness, or panic attacks. When these symptoms are recurrent and distressing, it may be time to talk to someone.

What are the most common types of treatment for anxiety?
Talk therapy, particularly cognitive behavioural therapy, is the most common treatment for anxiety. Studies have shown it is equally effective as medication. Other forms of therapy are popular, depending on a patient’s experience. Exposure therapy, for instance, can be useful for people dealing with fears and phobias, or who have experienced traumatic events. Dialectical Behavioural Therapy may be useful for patients who need help with emotion regulation. Anxiolytic medications, like benzodiazepines, can also help with calming a person enough to focus on the skills they’ve learned, and physical exercise has been shown to help symptoms of anxiety across the board.

How long does therapy for anxiety take to work?
The amount of time needed to alleviate symptoms depends on the severity of a person’s condition. Some therapies may take 5-20 weekly sessions to show results. Anti-depressant medications typically take two to four weeks before a benefit is felt. Anti-anxiety medications are felt typically within 20-30 minutes. Medications are best used to offer a patient a better headspace in which to work on techniques learned in therapy. Exercise, improved sleep habits, and meditation are effective, but takes weeks or months to show results.

How effective is treatment for anxiety?
Treatment for anxiety has been shown to be moderately to highly effective, according to a large body of psychology studies and analyses. For some people, treatment using CBT or exposure therapy alone is effective. Others respond best to a combination of medication and therapy.
