Whether you're a young person navigating social pressures, a teen struggling with identity or an adult carrying the weight of past trauma, I’ll meet you where you are —supporting your goals, your pace, and your voice.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or depression, or if you’ve experienced trauma that feels difficult to put into words, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to face it alone. I work with people who often feel stuck, shut down, or disconnected, especially those who’ve lived through trauma or complex life experiences. Together, we’ll use art and creativity to help you reconnect with your inner world, process difficult emotions, and find new ways forward — at your own pace.

You may notice that despite your best efforts, stress, conflict, or painful memories keep resurfacing. Your mind might race, your body may feel tense, or you may find it hard to stay present and calm. These experiences are not signs of weakness. They’re signs that your nervous system has been working hard to keep you safe. Over time, those protective responses can leave you feeling disconnected, on edge, or exhausted. Healing begins when we start to listen to these signals with curiosity and compassion, understanding what your mind and body are trying to tell you, and gently creating space for balance and renewal.

Although we may be trying our hardest, sometimes we can feel overwhelmed and unable to cope, or that our lives have taken a wrong turn. We can be plagued by depression, anxiety, grief or difficult life transitions. Or we may have mental illness or trauma that continues to get in our way and stops us flourishing. If these difficulties ring true, I believe I can help you get your life and your self back. Together, we will explore where you are now, the person you want to be and the way you want to live.

My work is holistic and person-centred. I am approachable and authentic. I am passionate about the work I do and focus on creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. I hold the view that our experiences do not define a person - it reflects one part of how they have learnt to cope and survive. I feel passionate about supporting people to move towards a safer, healthier and more meaningful life.

You’re self-aware and reflective, but life still feels heavy. Anxiety, panic, low motivation, or past trauma may be getting in the way. You try to connect with others but often withdraw or react in ways that leave you feeling ashamed or misunderstood. Even rest doesn't feel restful. Deep down, you sense that something isn’t right. You’re not broken...you’re just stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. You want to feel calm, clear, and connected again, and to start living with more confidence and ease.

I exclusively work with crickerers (young amateurs, semi-pro, pro or elite), sport parents, performers & sport team coaches. I help you with the psychological shifts needed to transition through the different stages of your sporting career. EG: From Semi-pro to Pro or from Pro to Elite. You may look like you’re doing fine on the outside, holding things together at work, fulfilling family expectations, showing up when needed but on the inside, you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or simply not yourself. Maybe you’ve withdrawn from relationships, lost interest in things you used to enjoy, or feel constantly weighed down by worries you can’t switch off. Perhaps you’re exhausted from always trying to meet others’ needs, while struggling to express your own. I work with young people and adults who are silently carrying a lot. Some are dealing with anxiety rooted in overthinking, uncertainty, and self-criticism.

Adults, teens, and families in crisis as well as helping and supporting migrants cope with acculturative stress.
There is nothing like an ideal client as there is no easy problem. Every issue is dependent on the client's own experience and how they have been affected by it. I have to look at everything from the client's perspective as there is no "0ne therapy fit all" in my practice rooms. People are unique and have different goals even for somewhat similar problems or issues depending on their cognitive, emotional, and behavioural dispositions and how this impacts their values and beliefs. My purpose is to provide my client with all-rounder care and support on a journey of personal growth and development to self-actualize wholly.

FAQ - Teenage and Adolescent Therapists
What does therapy for teenagers look like?
When a therapist works with a teenager, the pair will talk about what the teen is struggling with and explore solutions, which may involve interpersonal skills, coping strategies, medication, or lifestyle changes related to sleep, diet, and exercise. Different therapists employ different modalities, but most involve a combination of conversation and skill building.

How long does therapy for teenagers generally take to work?
There’s variability in teenagers’ experiences and challenges; some may begin to improve from therapy within a few weeks while others may take several months or longer. Teens can discuss their progress with their therapist periodically to assess how they’re improving and any changes to the treatment plan that could potentially accelerate that progress.

How do you encourage a teenager to go to therapy?
It’s helpful to express your concern and love while framing therapy as an opportunity to explore a tool that could help improve their life; just like they practice baseball or dance, now they can practice their emotional skills. Give your teen control over the process where you can—maybe by weighing in on choice of therapist and signaling that therapy involves confidentiality, so a parent need not know all that is discussed in sessions.

How do you prepare teens for therapy?
You can prepare your teenager for therapy by describing what the process will look like and setting expectations for timeline, if requested. You can explain that the first session may begin with an assessment phase, that they can describe their experiences but that the therapist will ask questions too, and that it may take time to feel comfortable opening up. Ask how they’re feeling about the process and answer any questions calmly and supportively.
