I know it's sometimes hard to imagine what life could be like without anxiety, stress, depression, burnout, the same repeating challenges in relationships, at work, with family, etc. Awareness and mindset work is always great, it is a necessary, ongoing part of the process, but alone it doesn't always reach the deeper roots of the issue. Unless we address the underlying patterns in the nervous system, sustainable change can feel so hard, sometimes impossible. But your body knows how to heal and it's always communicating with you.
