Your story and identity is unique. Life at times can be hard, finding someone that deeply listens and understands you at these points becomes crucial. Through a therapeutic process you and I will explore your fears, hopes, multitude of feelings and emotions. Often things become clearer through this process and you discover a form of healing that is deep and long lasting. I don't diagnose you or give you advice. I trust that you have the answers within. You decide what we focus on and we go at your pace.

I have a special interest in chronic pain and older adults mental health.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy but like to include elements of other evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Schema Therapy. I have recently completed training in the Unified Protocol, a transdiagnostic approach based on a CBT treatment orientation.

Many come with anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, life transitions, or ongoing relational challenges, often feeling stuck or overwhelmed. They are motivated for meaningful change but need the right support. We help through evidence-based therapy and empathic listening, creating a safe space to build insight, regulate emotions, strengthen relationships, and move forward with clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
