Often, people come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns they cannot fully understand, but know they want things to feel different.
My approach is warm, relational and insight-driven, helping clients better understand the experiences shaping their emotional world, uncover patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
