I have extensive experience working with teens through to adults of all genders, and specialise in trauma, complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, ASD, sexuality, gender, identity and self-esteem.
I take a holistic, person-centred and integrative approach and see my role as being there to guide you in gaining insight into your life experiences and find your inner strengths that will support you as you move forward. My work is trauma informed, always mindful of the effects of trauma on the mind and body and the impact it has on people’s lives.
