We are a team of 40 dedicated and nonjudgmental practitioners. We work with adults, kids, teens, families and couples. We help our clients find better ways to manage anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, addiction, trauma, and relationship conflicts. We offer various therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), the Gottman Method, Nonviolent Communication (NVC) mediation, and Emotion Focussed Couples Therapy.
We offer strategies and therapies for anxiety, depression, addiction, ASD and ADHD in teens and adults and relationships counselling.
