I am a registered psychologist with over 14 years of clinical experience working with a wider range of range of client group in UK and Australia. Services that I deliver includes: Treatment for anxiety, depression, PTSD, behavioural difficulties and other mental health issues for children, adolescents, and adults. *Post and perinatal depression *Neurodevelopmental Disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD *Cognitive Assessments: including WISC-V, WPPSI- IV, and *Parenting Skills Training for behavioural management of children and adolescents with challenging behaviours.
In my interventions, I draw upon a range of therapeutic approaches, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Emotion Focused Therapy and Schema Based Therapy.
My approach to therapy is solution-focused and tailored to the individual needs of clients. I pride myself in my ability to connect with my wider range of clients group through warmth and humour. For me, the objective is to work collaboratively and creatively with my clients to help meet their individual goals in a safe, secure and warm environment!
