As someone who has navigated the complexities of identity, culture, and mental health myself, I bring a deep understanding of the challenges that come with these experiences.
In our sessions, you lead the way. I’ll meet you where you are, following your pace and exploring what matters most to you. If talking feels difficult, we can explore other forms of expression, like drawing, writing, or somatic movement, whatever helps you connect with your inner world.
