I am an experienced psychologist with a compassionate and thoughtful approach to therapy. Adults see me for a range of mental health, life adjustment, and relational concerns. This includes supporting people to overcome enduring impacts of past trauma, or to navigate the emotional, physical, existential and relationship impacts of living with a life-limiting illness. With extensive experience working with adults diagnosed with cancer, I have developed a deep understanding of the challenges and uncertainty faced at all stages - preparing for an admission, bone marrow transplant, adjusting to treatment, survivorship or end of life.
With experience across oncology and rehabilitation hospitals, community and private clinics, I’ve treated a range of mental health issues, supported adjustment to chronic health issues and major life transitions. I use Schema Therapy and EMDR to help people make sense of unhelpful patterns, process difficult experiences, and create meaningful change.
