Welcome to Sacred Pathways Counselling! I am a compassionate and caring Counsellor with a diverse career centred on empowering people to be agents of change in their own lives and stories. As both a counsellor and dementia doula, I work with individuals and families living with dementia, as well as those experiencing grief and loss, anxiety, depression and trauma. I support clients in finding hope and new ways of meaning making.
With a focus on empowering individuals to create change in their lives, I am highly qualified and uniquely skilled, with my own lived experience of trauma and healing. I employ a trauma-informed approach, offering a safe environment for clients. I specialise in Narrative Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I invite you to reach out for a supportive conversation about how I can help you navigate your journey. Whether you’re facing challenges or seeking guidance, we can explore your experiences and foster healing in a warm and compassionate environment. You don’t have to go through this alone—I’m here to walk with you.
