As an overachiever you find yourself stressed and overwhelmed. You know it's important to practice self-care but increasingly you have found your mental health slipping. Having consulted 25yrs in psychiatric hospitals, police services, corporate entities and clinical practice, drawing from a background in attachment and psychoanalysis, I offer a range of evidenced-based therapies designed to the unique presentation of my clients.
