Factors such as sensory amplification, processing differences, cumulative stress, and past or ongoing adversity can influence how our bodies respond to challenges as they arise. I take these factors into account (whether or not they are part of a formal diagnosis) in order to help people navigate complexity and intensity. My expertise is in the realm of building neurophysiological capacity so that the sensations of life are less overwhelming and draining, and freeing up resources for life-doing.
Sessions are contained and collaborative, and work towards building shared insight into the links between emotional, cognitive, physical and behavioural factors. This can include strengthening functional coherence and wellbeing across domains through structured support plans.
