Many of the people I work with are navigating family changes or conflict and feel big emotions that can be hard to put into words. They may experience overwhelm, anxiety, or disconnection. I take a neuro-affirming and trauma-informed approach that honours each person’s unique way of thinking, feeling, and relating. My work supports children, young people, and adults to express themselves, regulate emotions, and reconnect with creativity, joy, and self-trust.
Working within the family law context, I understand how important it is to feel safe, understood, and supported. Through creative arts and play, I help clients explore emotions, build confidence, and develop emotional regulation using art, play, drama, stories, and movement in a trauma-informed, sensory-aware space.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, especially during times of family transition. I offer a warm, creative, and neuro-affirming space where children, young people, and adults can explore their feelings, express themselves authentically, and feel supported in their journey.
