I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, ADHD, and autism. I have a particular interest in supporting emergency first responders, military personnel, veterans, and their families.
Before becoming a registered psychologist, I have worked for more than 20 years with the emergency services. This experience has given me an understanding of the unique challenges faced by those working in high-pressure roles. I am also a Disaster Response Network Psychologist registered with the APS which is dedicated to supporting frontline and emergency workers.
My approach is evidence-based, neuroaffirming, and tailored to your individual needs and goals.
