Our areas of focus are Anxiety, Changes in Family Dynamics, Coping Strategies, Depression, Emotional Regulation, Loss/Grief, and Stress.

We offer Counselling, Psychotherapy, and Psychoeducation. We have a ‘Person-Centred Approach’ focusing on the unique needs of our clients. We use a handful of modalities & therapeutic interventions to help in the healing process.
