We are now open Monday to Saturday by appointment only! At Paediatric & Family Therapy, we prioritise establishing trust and a collaborative bond with our clients. Creating a warm and supportive environment encourages open communication and provides a safe space for healing. Our areas of focus are anxiety, changes in family dynamics, coping strategies, depression, emotional regulation, loss/grief, and stress.
We offer counselling, psychotherapy, and psychoeducation. We follow a person-centred approach, focusing on the unique needs of our clients. We use a handful of modalities & therapeutic interventions to assist in the healing process. We also provide therapeutic support to NDIS participants who are plan- or self-managed.
