I have more than twenty years of experience working with people with complex care needs. Earlier in my career I worked in community mental health, disability services and statutory child protection. For the past ten years I have worked in private practice, providing psychological services to people across the lifespan.
I take a client-centred approach and use a range of techniques from CBT, ACT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Feedback-Informed Treatment, Psychodynamic therapies and Solution-Focused therapy.
