Is your love life stuck on auto- pilot? Maybe you want help because you're exhausted from trying but not getting anywhere. Or you're circling around the same issues and not finding solutions. I know how hard it is being stuck. I help couples who want to get to 'the next stage' of their relationship, but can't break free from problem territory. I also help 30-ish singles who are disillusioned with dating get over the past + improve their self-worth so they can find real love. As a narrative therapist, I don't believe 'you' are the problem. No one is. I can help you to externalise problems so we can change their impact on your life.
I can help you build a more meaningful connection. Let's slow down your thoughts, feelings and reactions so you can speak and listen as you choose. Yes, even when challenged. I’m especially suited to folks who don't fit the mould (by choice or design) because I truly love our differences - which I help people love in themselves, and each other.
