Nicola is a psychotherapist, and credentialed Mental Health Nurse. She is empathetic, authentic, and honest and has integrity. She has a person-centred approach, working collaboratively in a non-judgemental and trauma-informed way. Nicola enjoys working with adolescents and adults experiencing low mood, depression, anxiety, stress, emotional dysregulation, body image concerns and eating disorders in a variety of settings.
Nicola works holistically considering the whole person and adapts therapeutic approaches and interventions to suit the person’s individual needs. Nicola is trained in CBT, CBT-E, DBT, RO-DBT, MANTRA, SSCM and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
