I’m committed to offering a space where your experiences are taken seriously, and met with care, dignity, and compassion.
I offer individual therapy to adults and teens, drawing on models such as Schema Therapy, EMDR, and ACT, working from a systems-aware, intersectional lens. That is, the recognition that our distress doesn't exist in isolation, and that oppressive power systems (e.g., racism, capitalism, patriarchy, ableism, transphobia, homophobia) often shape our wellbeing.
Reaching out for support can feel daunting, especially if past experiences have felt unsafe or unhelpful. I'm dedicated to offering a therapeutic space that goes at your pace, and respects your autonomy.
