I provide specialised counselling support to people with diverse experiences, including neurodivergence, gender, race, sexuality, disability, and fatness. My work centres anti-oppressive practices and values. I prioritise lived experience values and draw on my own journey and the journeys of others in my work.
I have experience working with a range of therapeutic focuses including trauma, neurodiversity, sex and sexuality, and diverse relationship structures (including D/s dynamics, polyamory, and other relationship arrangements). I am passionate in creating a unique therapeutic space for every participant that supports their wellbeing and therapeutic goals.
As a non-binary, queer, neurodivergent, and fat therapist, my lived experience allows me to understand the wider systemic impacts on each of our mental health and relationships. My goal is to create a therapeutic environment that allows you to get the most out of our work together.
