Many people I work with feel stuck, disconnected, or burnt out. They might be dealing with trauma, addiction, relationship stress, or a sense of having lost direction. Some don’t know where to begin only that things can’t keep going the way they have. Whether it’s processing pain, finding meaning, or understanding old patterns, therapy offers a place to slow down and make sense of what’s been happening.
With over 12 years’ experience, I offer grounded, relational therapy shaped by both training and lived experience. I work collaboratively, paying attention to what’s underneath the surface to help people explore, understand, and shift long-standing patterns over time. The work is steady, honest, and tailored to where you’re at.
You don’t need to have it all worked out to start. Many people come to therapy unsure, carrying things they’ve never said aloud, or unsure of what they even feel. You’re welcome as you are. Together we take the time to unpack what’s there and begin moving forward. If something in you knows it’s time, reach out and we can begin from there.

I work with people navigating trauma, addiction, disconnection, relationship issues, and the feeling of being stuck or burnt out. Sessions are paced around what's showing up we slow down, unpack patterns, and explore what's underneath. The goal isn't a quick fix, but something lasting, honest, and grounded in real change.

Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate. I hold this idea close to my work. Lasting change comes from understanding ourselves deeply, not just managing symptoms. My approach is relational, somatic, and trauma-informed. Together, we make sense of what's happening beneath the surface, so you can move toward healing, clarity.
