My approach is grounded, warm, and collaborative. As a female counsellor, psychotherapist, and hypnotherapist I have a deep respect for women's lived experiences. I do not see you as a problem to fix. I see you as a person in transition. Our work together is about creating a safe space where you can slow down and begin to understand yourself more clearly.
