Phoebe feels she is privileged to be a clinical psychologist assisting her clients crossing their personal “monkey bars” and see them moving forward. She has a warm, professional manner and is passionate about helping others, with an understanding of Christian values if needed. She empathises with clients’ pain and difficulties. She has an openness to learn more about clients’ values and beliefs. She uses an integrated approach to therapy and is committed to a client-centred approach.
Phoebe has worked with adults providing counselling and therapeutic interventions for trauma related mental health, challenging behaviours, and general wellbeing. She assists her clients to understand their life experience, thusly they are able to achieve their goals and develop new insights and prespectives.
Phoebe enjoys working with adults empathising with clients’ difficulties. She has a willingness and openness to learn more about clients’ values and beliefs and uses an integrated approach to therapy. Phoebe has a special interest in working with primary school age children to overcome difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma.
