I support clients in finding the courage to let go and move through their healing journey. I offer a safe, respectful space to explore their experiences, reconnect with values, and move toward meaningful change. My approach is compassionate, integrative, and trauma-informed, with openness to incorporating Christian faith or personal beliefs when meaningful to the individual.
I have extensive experience working with adults, providing counselling and therapeutic interventions to support trauma-related mental health concerns, challenging behaviours, and overall wellbeing. I assist clients in making sense of their life experiences and I provide trauma-informed, client-centred therapy using an integrative approach.
