I am a Psychologist with 17+ yrs experience in therapy, also with qualifications in Christian counselling. I have worked in various community based settings, now in Private Practice. I am trained in CBT, Schema Therapy, EMDR, Christian Therapy, Gottman Couple Therapy. I am caring, empathetic and respectful and provide a nonjudgemental approach to sessions.
Therapy is helpful to gain insight into what you are journeying through, to learn strategies to bring about a change to your circumstances.
