A safe environment for anyone over 18 navigating difficult times, experiencing life-changing events including separation/divorce, grief & loss, depression & anxiety. Additionally, I provide leadership support, collaborating with high-achieving business individuals creating realistic goals to achieve work-life balance & manifesting success in their private & professional lives. As a Counsellor, Wellness coach & Level 1 Irest teacher, my approach is Holistic.
I believe clients have an innate capacity to grow towards fulfilling their true potential & are experts in their own lives. I’ll guide you to understand yourself more fully, develop new skills & introduce strategies to develop your inner resources. I have learnt the skills & tools to navigate through life plus managing symptoms of PTSD/ASD/ADHD/ADD.
