I provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy for adolescents(15+) and adults, including support for trauma, mood difficulties, neurodivergence, and pain-related concerns. I work collaboratively, drawing on ACT, CBT, EMDR and other modalities where appropriate, to support insight, regulation, and meaningful change at your pace.
