I support clients with a wide range of life experiences, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships and identity difficulties. Together, we create a space where you can regain a sense of control, deepen self-understanding, and move toward a more fulfilling and aligned life.
In the last 15 years I have been supporting clients with their experiences of stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, work relate issues and relationships. I also enjoy working with counsellors as a supervisor to support their professional growth and reflective practice. I identify strengths and offer a safe space for unpacking issues in a collaborative manner.
