I am a trauma informed therapist with an in-depth experience of working with clients from a wide range of backgrounds presenting with various mental health challenges. My purpose is provide an authentic therapeutic connection and a safe space for the client to tap into their own resources and grow. I use science and spirituality to provide clients with an understanding of their mind as well as give them the skills to better manage their life difficulties. I tailor the treatment plan after gaining an understanding of the client’s goals and assessing their own strengths, hence my approach is individual to each client.
I was born and raised in India before I moved to Australia to undertake my further studies. I have deep understanding of various cultural as well as other familial impact on the foundation of an human psyche.
I work collaboratively with my clients to help them understand their own make-up so they feel empowered and are able to approach their own challenges with compassion and kindness. I genuinely believe the healing happens from within and my role as a therapist is to guide and enhance the process.
