About
I am passionate about working with people from a different heritage and from culturally & linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds. As a migrant myself, I understand the challenges of uprooting one's life and moving to a different country. I strongly believe that together we are formidable, we gain strength from one another and obtain wisdom from our diversity.
I incorporate a range of modalities and interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, , Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Existential Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy.
I provide culturally sensitive therapy emphasising the need to understand the client's background, ethnicity and belief systems and a safe space for client's to navigate their challenges. I see you as someone with hopes and dreams and believe that you deserve to be treated with kindness and compassion.
