I have over 15 years of experience with adults and teenagers, who have experienced mental health issues, family violence, relationship, trauma related issues, childhood trauma, anger management, PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, BPD, grief and loss, parenting, workplace issues leading to trauma, and struggles in life.
I value a client-centred approach and uses empathy, respect, and non-judgement approach to create a safe environment. I take a holistic approach to support my clients using evidence-based practice and works collaboratively with individuals to achieve their therapeutic goals.
I’m deeply passionate about the importance of trauma-informed frameworks and walk alongside the individual through their healing journey. I use range of interventions such as Cognitive behaviour therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Meditation, Exposure therapy, psychoeducation, Motivational interviewing, Narrative therapy & many more.
