Hi! My name is Sasha and I am an experienced grief, loss and trauma counsellor. Are you 'stuck' in your grief, overwhelmed, lacking motivation, struggling to engage with the world around you? Are you worried that you will never feel happy again?
I am a social worker and a specialist bereavement counsellor with a passion for supporting individuals and families to navigate life and death challenges in a safe space. I work with adolescents, adults and older people using person centred, narrative, trauma informed practices and am experienced in a range of modalities and theories.
Feeling vulnerable can make us feel unsafe and alone, especially when it is exacerbated by loss. Grief can resurface trauma, making us feel overwhelmed, helpless and sometimes hopeless. Individualised, tailored counselling allows for the opportunity to be supported exploring, learning and adapting to a new way of working through our worlds.
