Amy is one of many specialised grief support workers at the National Association for Loss and Grief where our focus is on walking alongside our clients throughout their grief and loss journey. Amy specialises in working with children and adolescents, but many of our support staff and volunteers work with all ages. Supports are offered either face to face in one of three locations (Dubbo, Mudgee and Hunter region) and via telehealth or phone across Australia. NALAG also offer Trauma and Early response to those affected by sudden and unexpected loss involving injury or death. We can connect with you within 24 hours of the loss.
Whether the loss is through bereavement or one of many other losses, NALAG is here to support you. You are matched with a support person suitable to your situation and they stay with you for the duration of your time with NALAG, whether it be 6 or 12 sessions or more, this free service is here to help you for as long as needed.
