My ideal client is a leader — a Pastor, executive, or senior manager — who has given everything to their role, only to find themselves burnt out, betrayed, or quietly falling apart. They've experienced abuse, toxic organisational culture, or trauma they haven't yet named. They're high-functioning on the outside, isolated on the inside. They want to be believed, understood, and helped to rebuild — without losing themselves in the process. They're ready to do the hard work, and they need someone who truly gets the cost of leadership.
I specialise in leadership trauma, burnout, workplace abuse, moral injury, and complex PTSD. With 20 years in leadership myself — and my own recovery from workplace trauma—I bring rare lived understanding to the counselling room. I'm PACFA and CCAA registered, trauma-trained, and work integratively, honouring each client's values and worldview. Face-to-face.
