It is a space where you no longer have to hold onto the mask. A space where you can take it off, feel seen, and explore your experiences without judgment. My role is to be present alongside you, offering support, curiosity, and compassion as we make sense of what has brought you here.
As an art psychotherapist, I work with both words and creativity to explore experiences that can be difficult to access through talking alone. My approach is particularly informed by work with the inner child, attachment wounds, self-worth, and the unconscious patterns that can shape how we relate to ourselves and others.
I am a trauma-informed and registered counsellor with experience supporting both children and adults through grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic and family violence, chronic illness, and significant life and career transitions.
