Natasha is a registered Clinical Psychologist and sees clients across the lifespan. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults and families, employing a range of therapeutic techniques to compliment the needs of the individual in counselling. Natasha has had experience working in a variety of private and government settings, which include primary and secondary education. Natasha has experience assisting clients to work through a broad range of issues. These include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief and loss, self-esteem and adjustment to transition and change.
Natasha has a special interest in supporting children, adolescents and their families in a warm and safe environment. She is passionate about delivering interventions that make a difference to the education, health and wellbeing of young people. Natasha also has an interest in women’s health, including perinatal and postnatal health and parenting issues.
Drawing on a vast range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, Natasha facilitates an encouraging environment where clients are able to identify and draw on their strengths in order to grow.
