About
I enjoy helping clients who are experiencing times of change, or times of unrest, who want to reflect on their past, understand how that affects them and use that information to go forward with more peace and less angst. I am motivated to assist my clients improve the quality of their personal wellbeing, and their relationships. My collaborative therapeutic approach is based on kindness, empathy and acceptance, and is tailored to the needs of the individual.
I work with many presenting issues including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, parenting, and perinatal and postnatal mental health. I tailor my therapeutic approach to each client using evidence-based therapies including Gottman Therapy, Mindfulness, ACT, CBT, Family Systems, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Motivational Interviewing.
I aim to make the therapeutic space a welcoming and productive one, a place to heal and be heard.
