Victoria Avenue Victoria Avenue Middle Cove, NSW 2068
I specialise in complex trauma, PTSD, childhood adverse experiences, and complex clinical presentations, including personality disorders. I have worked in this field for over thirteen years. Alongside my clinical training and experience, I bring lived experience that allows me to offer clients deep empathy, understanding, and a grounded sense of hope.
I lecture at a university on complex trauma and complex presentations. I am a long-standing member of Pacfa
I currently have a waitlist for in-person sessions, but spots are becoming available in August. I can always find an online spot until then.
I work with a variety of people. I am currently in the process of setting up a wellness retreat where I will specialise in trauma, perimenopause, menopause, complex trauma and relationships. I meet the client where they are, which means I use a trauma-informed integrative approach and various modalities to suit and fit my client.
Whomever you are, I want you to know that there is hope and a way through. Healing is possible, and you can move beyond survival into a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and alive day to day. I have worked with many people who once felt there was no hope, and we have worked in a holistic manner to thrive.
