I work with all individuals from their teen years and up. Prior to working in private practice, I have worked within corrections settings and in a corporate environment, which has allowed me to be proficient at helping with a large range of issues that may bring you to counselling - whether these be within your relationship/s, stressors within your workplace, or stemming from your childhood. I am passionate about working with the queer community, the vegan community, and those who are in minority groups.
I provide an empathic, and holistic approach to help you work towards your goals. I like to draw on a range of therapeutic techniques and approaches to ensure our work together resonates for you, as no two people are the same.
I aim to provide you with the experience of having a safe place to discuss the things you may not feel comfortable talking about with others. A space to build your awareness along with useful skills and tools to help you manage or cope with things better. My aim is to equip you to with a variety of strategies, build your knowledge, and grow your confidence.
