Howdy, I'm Natalia and I'm a US-trained relational trauma therapist and somatic sexologist working at the intersections of culture, power, and personhood. I am honored to help adults overcome experiences of trauma and cultural oppression. Over time, I have expanded into working with couples to cultivate connection, play and pleasure. I am especially passionate about supporting survivors of interpersonal and sexual violence, BIPOC, LGBTQ+ folks, poly/kink communities, and indigenous and immigrant peoples.
As a relational trauma therapist, my work integrates attachment-oriented, culturally responsive, trauma therapy. I utilize DEEP (Dynamic Enriched Experiential Psychotherapy), Somatic Experiencing, and Sex Therapy to work with individuals and couples to disentangle themselves from prior relational wounds and cultivate the life they wish to lead.
