I am a Clinical and Counselling psychologist with over 30 years experience working extensively with Individuals, Couples and Adolescents. My treatment approaches for individuals are Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Client Centred Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy, with elements of Mindfulness and Gestalt Therapy. I am Level 3 trained in Gottmans Relationship therapy.
I provide counselling face to face as well as online. This has been especially helpful to those living in rural and remote areas and want to see a psychologist with expertise and experience in clinical and counselling psychology.
