I believe how we do relationship is how we do everything. My work invites people into deeper honesty with themselves, with others, and with life. Together we explore the patterns beneath the surface of your relationships and emotional world, bringing awareness and compassion to the places that feel stuck, disconnected, or caught in the same loop. My work is for those who would rather bend than blend. Who feel things deeply, relate in ways that don't always fit the mould, and are ready to look honestly at what they're carrying and be really curious and honest.
I'm a relational and somatic therapist, weaving the body and mind. Whether you are monogamous, exploring ethical non-monogamy, or somewhere in between, you are welcome here. I work with individuals, couple and polycules using Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gestalt, and somatic awareness. Open and polyamorous dynamics are an area I know well and hold with care.
Most people arrive here because something is not quite working, and they sense it goes deeper than the surface issue. Maybe it is a pattern that keeps repeating. A distance that has grown quietly. A way of loving that feels right but is hard to hold. Whatever brought you here, I want you to know that the questions you are carrying deserve real space.
