I can help you to acknowledge your feelings in a safe, private space; as you learn to process them; by developing healthy tools and coping strategies so you can live your best life possible. I do this through years of professional and personal experiences. I work in a person-centered way so your sessions are all about what will work best for you.
I am passionate about supporting people with grief and loss. This area can be very diverse and the grief or loss you are experiencing may be related to: infertility, pregnancy loss, losing a loved one, bereavement after suicide, losing a job/career or house, losing a relationship, loss of a way of living or identity, or loss of a pet, just to name a few.
I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for support from a stranger, with something so personal. We need to feel comfortable with someone in order to talk about things that are uncomfortable. I understand the courage it takes.
