Navigating the seasons of life on your own can sometimes get tricky. As you do your best to make sense of it all that seems too much or out of control, having a listening ear as you work through it can be helpful. I believe the struggles with our inner world can get overwhelming at times, and it can be renegotiated to lead a meaningful life. A significant part of my work as a registered clinical psychologist is offering psychological exploration and support to patients in a mutual effort to understand themselves better and work through how they can relate more intimately to themselves and others.

My name is Federica, I am a registered Psychologist and Sexologist and the Director of Tailoring Therapy. In my years of being a therapist, I have developed the belief that psychological interventions and therapy should be tailored to the person's uniqueness. Simon is a highly respected Psychologist with 15 years' experience delivering Government services, Corporate Psychology and clinical therapeutic interventions. He holds a 6 year Masters degree in Applied Psychology, and has undertaken significant additional training in areas including Schema Therapy, EMDR and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Simon specialises in dealing with Anxiety, Depression, Personality Disorders & Relationship issues through a range of treatment modalities. He believes that positive change can come from a greater understanding of oneself, and works collaboratively with his clients to help them achieve their goals

Carmel is experienced in working with young adults, adults and couples in the areas of anxiety and depression, trauma, PTSD, personality disorders , adjustment issues, cross cultural issues, grief and loss and relationship issues including; affairs, communication difficulties, assisted fertility, loss of intimacy and exit counselling

I am a Clinical Psychologist with 10 years of experience in private and public mental health settings. My areas of specialty and interest include depression and anxiety, PTSD and complex trauma and attachment related difficulties. I am passionate about the role of the body in healing trauma, and I am a certified trauma sensitive yoga facilitator.

Our practice offers a broad range of services including assessment and therapy for individuals, couples, children, families, workplaces and groups. We offer treatment for a wide range of mental health issues including (but not limited to): depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, stress/anger management, grief, addictive behaviours, self-esteem, relationship problems, sleeping problems, child behavioural and emotional problems, pain management and resilience. Our goal is to ensure the highest standard of evidenced based psychological intervention, psychometric testing and assessment.

Felicity is experienced in working alongside adults and adolescents who are experiencing distress in everyday life. She helps clients to develop a better understanding of the origins of problem behaviours so that they are able to make changes that go beyond symptom relief. Felicity’s areas of interest include eating disorders, interpersonal difficulties, personality issues, substance use issues, mood and anxiety disorders, domestic violence behaviours and relationship issues.

I am a senior Clinical Psychotherapist/Counsellor 4 Level, a Certified Transactional Analyst (with the European Association for Transactional Analysis), an EMDR Therapist (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and a qualified Hypnotherapist with ASHWA (Australian Society of Hypnosis Western Australia Branch Inc).

I believe it is important to work with clients - not dictate to them. My preferred treatment method is to focus on the areas that you want to work on. I believe a partnership not a prescription is important. Sticking to values means more than putting them on a website - it means actually living them. I am genuine, open and also have a sense of humour (though it is twisted/cynical/dark). I work best when clients feel comfortable, if that means we swear a lot in session - I am happy to make that sacrifice! I work clients across many areas from complex trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, depression and workplace issues.
